Level: 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest)
You can use this exercise in meetings (beginning, during or end) to raise your own awareness, and that of others.
Use it privately to monitor your own emotional state and to hypothesize how others are doing.
For a quick team building experience, go around the group and share your numbers. You do not have to share why you gave yourself a particular number, just share the number. You will be surprised at the insights gained by sharing only the numbers.
If the group has more time and wants to build deeper relationships, you can share the why behind your ratings.
